Biomarker Research — BioFlow

Throughout my academic journey and researcher training I became obsessed with biomarkers — specifically genomic ones across the entire omics spectrum. My limited coding background and the complexity of existing bioinformatics tooling pushed me to build my own solution, leveraging AI coding tools and scientific curiosity. That's how BioFlow was born.

BioFlow is a no-code, visual-based bioinformatics experience built for researchers, scientists, and students who don't want to write a single line. More than a visual coding tool — it's an open-source bioinformatics suite where your imagination and compute power are the only limits.
